“My work is a visual dialogue between contemporary culture, ancient mythologies and the playful energy of comic strips and colouring books.

I use the quick-drying properties of acrylic paint to fuel a spontaneous and intuitive painting process from which unexpected narratives and symbols emerge. The canvas is a realm of endless possibilities. The completed work is always an unanticipated surprise.”

Meyer currently lives and works in Porterville.
